Name: Miles Diablo
 
Appearance: Tall, blond hair, blue eyes, and an attitude come together as
one in Miles.  Will ALWAYS be seen wearing a black trenchcoat, an old
brown fedora (What Indiana Jones always had), and a pair of dull
black work shoes. Rather slow for his size.  Has a shifty, unusual
walk.

Weight: 140 lbs
Age: 29
 
Abilities: Once a plane shifter.  Has many abilities, but his best one is
with magic.  His skill with fire magic is medium at most, but he can
make the earth do his will.  Due to size, he can sometimes hide in
dark places.  
 
Equipment: He always carries his dagger, which is magical and amplifies his
magic skills. Destruction of this weapon will reduce the damage he can
do with his magic immediately.  A small reward has been placed on
returning this weapon to the Mage guild in Brightsand, where it was
stolen from. He also carries a mini-crossbow, which, while not magical,
is definately dangerous. He has been seen shooting small birds between
the eyes with this weapon.
 
Personality: Enjoys money and the rich things in life.  Since he can't get
them, he is constantly mad at people around him, who, as he sees it,
are taking money away from him.  Will kill peasants if he sees
someone give them something.  Very dangerous.  Would probably be
caught in a bar brawl.

History: Unknown origin.  Arrived in Nu about 10 years ago and established
himself as a smooth-talking gambler.  5 years ago he started up a
gangster ring in Toren.  Killed a Mafia Agent and started a personal war
against the Mafia of Evergreen. Mafia has tried to take him out many times, but
none of the hitmen ever returned. The gangster ring disbanded itself after
an assasination attempt and everyone in it fled to get away from the Mafia's
hit men.

All currently have bounties on their heads except one, who is now one of
the bounty hunters searching for the rest of the once gansters.  He is
the only one to give himself up.  Mafia wants Miles dead only and are
offering a large reward for his carcass to be delivered.  Many bounty
hunters are searching for him.  The last place he was seen was between
Brightsand and Evergreen.  He was seeking travel to the north.
