NPC : Rufus De Lockshire

Appearance: A short, slightly overweight fellow.  Usually wears outlandish
clothing, in unusual colors. 

Height: 4'9"
Weight: 146 lbs
Age: 25
 
Abilities: Infiltration, Espionage, Backstabbing, and Spymanship. Also has
glassworking abilities.
 
Equipment: The clothes on his back, and a pair of mithril daggers. He also
wears a signet ring with the letter 'L' on it.  Owns the ship, Dragon's
Bane, which is typically found in the harbor near Brightsand. The ship has
engines to allow it to move without any wind.  When the wind blows, Rufus
usually leaves the engines off to conserve fuel.  Also has a large amount
of liquid assets available to him through numerous sources... A lot of 
people owe him money, and they know better than to not pay him back...
 
Personality: A jokester.  He is always cracking jokes, usually at others
expense. He is usually very generous. Can also be unusually cruel when
provoked. Believes that no man is invincible, save "the gods." However, he
also applies this to himself, so he will run if the odds are not very
favorable.
