Location Descriptions

The Floating Palace

The Floating Palace is the capital of Zenturas. It is from here that all Mapakin Knights are trained. The palace offers numerous courses for the average person as well. It floats in an anti-gravity field over the south- west portion of the Great Forest. The Grand Paladin lives here in the upper spires. Inside, some of the greatest artwork ever created on Zenturas is shown. In it's library are some of the greatest works written by Mapakins. It is also the home of some of the greater rarities, which only the Grand Paladin is allowed access to. Security appears light, but looks are very deceiving. There is only one place in the palace that isn't watched by the vast array of sensors, and it is watched by armed guards, the only apparent security. A burglar may get in, but would unlikely make it out alive...

The city of Mapabaville

The city of Mapabaville is a great town built near the ocean. It is here that all the merchants of Zenturas meet to sell their wares, throughout the year. The Merchant's Market sells some of the greatest things made on Zenturas and Setzuni, the Saphina's Planet. Some things made from Purium can be found here, with abundant Titanathril trinkets, all at modest prices.

Port Mamloth

This city is very high-tech. Electric lights, signs, and trains are everywhere. The skyscrapers downtown stretch nearly three thousand feet up. From here, you can see shuttles take off from the nearby spaceport Nuris. Ferries carry people to the spaceport. Almost all of Zenturas' computers are manufactured here. The night life is something else as well.
Features :

Port Anlock

This city serves as a resort to people from Zenturas and Setzuni. In contrast to Mamloth, this city is very down-to-Zenturas. It is surrounded by a lot of palm trees that stretch out for miles beyond the city gates. A few hotels litter main street, and the shops carry standard goods for a resort village like sunglasses, beach towels, and the like. For the adventurous, a network of caves exists nearby for spelunkers and expert cave mappers. It stretches for many miles, and part of it is even under the Sea of Tranquility. It is believed to end somewhere on the continent of Tarmak.

Town of Riverton

top
Island city of Ranox

This city is very isolated, but manages to survive on it's seafood trade. They are the fifth largest exporter of silicon. The natives don't trust technology and are very likely to lynch someone who walks in with any "magical device," which includes : Computers, laser weapons, light-making equipment(electric flashlights), laser pens, and androids. Mapakin knights, however, are always welcome here, even if they have "magical devices."
Features :

This part is what most visitors see, as the natives don't allow anybody into the residential part but prospective buyers...

Quite a bit of the world's titanathril is excavated here and shipped to the Floating Palace for making into suits of armor and the wings for Mapakin Knights.

top
The Sea Miner's Town

This city is the world's largest exporter of minerals. The sea miners here have many mines underneath the ocean from which large amounts of metal and purium are mined. No outsiders are permitted to enter the mines without written consent from the Sea Miner's guild, which usually costs a lot to get...

Riverlok is the second center of commerce on Zenturas. Like Mapabaville, a Merchant's Market is opened year round. This one, however, sells more antiques than any other. Most are turned into the jewelry that is sold at the jeweler's market.
